HIV & AIDS Research Site - Chitungwiza (10kVA)

A lot of research and donor funded programs have been put forward to implement high quality science in addressing HIV prevention and therapy; its aim being to control Zimbabwe’s HIV/AIDS epidemic and contribute to the global policy. Thus uninterrupted power was of critical need at such a facility. To maintain a constant supply of power to data servers and research equipment, a sustainable solution was to go Solar, so as to guarantee 24/7 availability of energy.

Taking advantage of Victron’s Color Control GX unit intuitive control and monitoring, the Center’s Solar System can be monitored and configured remotely.
